About Pro-Magic.net
This website is designed to promote interest in modern magic arts, and the services of magicians from around the world. Pro-Magic.net also serves as a portal for professionals to showcase their performance portfolio and for suppliers of magic equipment to publicise their equipment to would-be Magicians from around the world.
About the creators
This site has been developed collectively by a small group of performance artists from Australia. We believe that the performance arts have a liberating and healing quality that nurture the inner spirit and child within. We believe we should never stop learning, never stop exploring and never stop playing. Performance art is one such way to achieve this. With the tools of the internet at our disposal, we wish to support like minded artists and offer a means by which to publicise these arts to the world, and so in turn invite others to challenge themselves, learn new skills and above all, have fun!
What's the catch?
It's free. It will remain free. There are no catches. We are not harvesting contact information for underground marketing firms or criminal organisations. (Promise!) Publishing costs are absorbed by small text advertisements on some pages within this site. As such, nobody is out of pocket and we have no need to charge you for your listing. Simply enjoy!
Where does my information go?
All information submitted in performer and shop registrations will be transparent and visible to the public. This directory service is intended to publicise the services of suppliers and performers, and as such, most registrants wish to leave a trace so that visitors to this site can contact them and follow up booking requests. If you wish not to disclose certain contact information, simply do not submit it on a registration form. All email addresses are spam-protected, meaning they are safe from net-based email harvesting robots.
